The All New Football Pools

Today we saw the relaunch of the football pools into the 21st century. In its heyday the pools was played by over 10 million people, making fortune for winners as families huddled around their radio or TV every Saturday teatime to find out if they had the magic 8 score draws. Today it has less than 1 million players so they have just relaunched as the New Football Pools offering a variety of games and ways to get involved. The familiar score draw coupon and spot the ball are still there but there are also a whole host of new games to.
We really like the new site so why not check it out for yourself. One thing that hasn’t changed is the Pools Panel. Come rain or snow, the three wise men of Gordon Banks and Roger Hunt and the former Scotland player Tony Green (wasn't he on Bullseye!), will continue to meet to debate the day’s postponed matches, first sitting in the second week of August judging by the typical english summer!
